Overview
The AWAKEN™ Facilitator Certification Training is a six-session live training for professionals in child welfare, animal welfare, nonprofit, mental health, and other helping professions. Participants experience the full AWAKEN™ Core curriculum through a facilitator lens, develop scenarios and training materials tailored to their setting, practice delivery through structured teach-backs, and leave certified with a licensed curriculum in hand, ready to facilitate AWAKEN™ Core in their agencies and communities

Teach-back sessions will be scheduled with the group at Orientation. In these sessions, each facilitator teaches-back part of the curriculum segment using the context-specific training scenario and content they developed and receives feedback and coaching from the group.
Sessions are held from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Time (4 hours, plus a 1 hour break)

Facilitators develop a scenario grounded in the real decision points their future participants experience day to day.
Through peer feedback and facilitation practice, examples and practice scenarios are refined across the sessions, and used at teach-back, in preparation for post-certification facilitation
Applied Practice and Feedback
Teach-backs
Facilitators receive questions from facilitators and peers, just as they'll encounter in live delivery.
Certification activities build the confidence and competence to apply AWAKEN™ content in real time and practice navigate facilitation challenges.
After Certification Add-On
Implementation Coaching & Support
Certification is the beginning, not the end of the AWAKEN™ facilitator journey.
